Our warehouse at the Tönisvorst site, with over 13,000 pallet spaces, offers the possibility of keeping sufficient stocks of goods to be able to react promptly to customer requests.
An optimal inventory management system with long-term stock planning as well as a scanner-controlled storage system, modern pallet conveyor systems, packaging systems and pneumatic tube systems ensure our ability to deliver as well as rapid dispatch processing.
Our employees in sales, internal sales, processing and in the order picking and dispatch departments work hand in hand.
Various in-house testing facilities for material and function controls as well as our continuous, production-accompanying quality assurance at our partner plants on site as well as at the goods receipt in our warehouse ensure compliance with the required and, moreover, aspired quality standards and norms. Experience has shown that puteus has already pointed out and implemented new quality standards in the past, before the market has intensively dealt with the issue.
Numerous products can also be ordered by our customers, for example, in colour cartons, some with Euro perforation, with product illustration and description. We also offer various options for customised packaging. We pack for you, for example, in sealed polybags, on request with article and/or your EAN imprint. Labelling with EAN stickers is possible for many articles, as is the mounting of articles on self-service cards. Please contact us if you would like further information on this.
Of course, we do occasionally receive complaints about incorrect deliveries or defective products. Despite all the technical aids and control mechanisms, it is unfortunately impossible to rule out errors one hundred percent. However, we stand by our mistakes and generally deal with them in an accommodating and speedy manner.
